West Tennessee Healthcare Stepping Up to Provide Vaccinations to the Community
West Tennessee Healthcare has stepped up in many ways during the coronavirus pandemic to care for and protect the members of their community. Although communities are beginning to open back up, West Tennessee Healthcare continues to fight the pandemic, now with vaccinations. In late February they began hosting vaccine clinics to help provide vaccinations and do their part to ensure that the West Tennessee community was #VaccineReady.
The clinics were promoted to the community in both English and Spanish. At all three clinics, eligible individuals received the Pfizer vaccine and were automatically scheduled to receive their second dose at the same location, at the appropriate time.
The mission of West Tennessee Healthcare is to improve the health and well-being of the communities that they serve while providing exceptional and compassionate care, the COVID-19 pandemic has not stopped them from delivering on that mission.
