Current PSO Members

The Tennessee Center for Patient Safety PSO Program welcomes the following organizations as PSO Members.

These organizations are working with the PSO program and each other toward a health care environment safe for all patients, in all processes, all the time. By working with TCPS PSO program, as a federally-designated PSO, under provisions of the federal Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005, these organizations will collectively learn about what medical errors are occurring, why they occur and, most importantly, how to prevent errors from happening and maintain legal protection for their work.
