System Director Perioperative Services & Value Analysis - Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation

The goals of this project are to identify and train highly motivated, eligible employees who are interested in leadership as it relates to Perioperative Services. To create a match between the future needs of the healthcare system and identified staff aspirations, combining people, resources, and structure to achieve an ideal outcome. To create a leadership development/succession plan to help build the leadership pipeline with Perioperative Services. To effectively assess the bench strength behind critical roles, and build and maintain talent pools and succession slates to quickly fill those roles with high potential, top performers. To drive succession planning deeper into Perioperative services and gain visibility into a broader talent pool of successors.
